At 360 Cookware, we stand behind the quality of our stainless steel products and want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary investment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 45 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure tracked and insured transit.

• 3.
  Pack Your Cookware

  Carefully package your items in the original 360 Cookware box or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
